Our Energy Efficiency offering provides funding for energy efficiency projects that includes:

No out of pocket costs from you and your organization;

No increase to your annual energy spend during the project and funding term;

On-bill financing, meaning that the project is paid for slowly over time on your energy bill.

At the conclusion of the term, your organization is left with new, energy-efficient equipment and/or upgrades without having spent any up-front capital. It is a cost-effective way for you to both lower your overall energy spend and to reduce your corporate carbon footprint.
